Star Wars Battlefront 3 Alpha Download
Check your inbox: EA's sending out closed PC alpha invites for Star Wars Battlefront. The chosen few who register in time will get in on early sessions of the upcoming online shooter from the creators of Battlefield, while everybody else will just have to wait until November (or the next test).
Star Wars: Battlefront, DICE's upcoming reboot of the Star Wars shooter series, is getting an alpha test, and you can now apply to be a part of it. According to Battlefront's website, players with. And hope we will, because Alpha footage has surfaced of the game in a video that shows everything from the title screen to actual combat. The footage at first shows the title screen, which is pretty basic, with the customary Star Wars theme tune. EA has revealed the release date for the Closed Beta of Star Wars Battlefront on PC and invites are being sent to those who are selected to participate in this closed Alpha. If you still haven’t.
According to the invite, as posted on Reddit, the alpha will be distributed exclusively through EA's Origin download service. You'll also want to meet the below minimum system specifications, though keep in mind that these are just for the alpha - a few more months of tweaks and optimization will likely make Battlefront more friendly for a range of hardware.
• CPU: Quad Core CPU e.g. Intel Core i5-2300 @ 2.8 GHz or AMD Phenom II x4 955 @ 3.2 GHz or AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz
• RAM: 6 GB
• OS: Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8/8.1 (64-bit operating system required)
• Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon HD 7970 with 2 GB of Video Memory
Stay tuned to the Star Wars Battlefront alpha page for more developments, but for now it seems that only Origin users who got the email are eligible to join. They were distributed at random, so being a model Battlefield Hardline citizen unfortunately won't increase your chances.
Still, don't fret too much if you didn't get in. Players in this round of testing will run into a bunch of problems, from server lag to poor performance - that's what alphas are for, after all - and chances are good that Battlefront will get a much more stable open beta closer to its November 17 release date.

I tried putting this on a website that I built, but the host sucked, so I took it down, figured I would repost it here.
I found quite a good amount of useful info in the game files, but today I'm just gonna put 4 things in here.
First off is a bunch of random stuff I found in a file called bf.gdf.xml, which is found in the directory Build>data>bf>icons Link to imgur album
First off, we can see the name and release date. I'm sure we all already know the name of the game, but the release date was November 6th, 2008. It's likely that the release date was moved back later on, as the build was very unstable and buggy at this point in time. After that we see the genre was labeled as Action/Adventure, which is likely just temporary as the game was quite obviously a shooter, whether it be first or third person. There is not much else I saw in that file that was interesting, if you see anything else please comment it.
Firestick indigo error fix. Is The Torguard App Compatible With Firestick?
Next up is a file called challengelevels.res. This build had the challenge level menu, but it was empty (see picture below). I copied the full file to a paste bin, which has descriptions for all the challenge levels.
I also found a file called storylevels.res. This one has all the info for the maps used in the story, but not the actual story line. storyline.res
Last is the icon for the game. I figured I would post these as people might want to use them on Steam as an avatar or something. These were found in the same directory as the first file. Imgur Album
