I created an account just to put this out there for all you Windows 10 TP users. (I'm currently on build 9926) There is a similar post relating to NetExtender in 10 and it crashing when trying to connect I found here. Download and install Dell SonicWALL NetExtender (NXSetupU.exe) Above steps only need to be completed once. After this, clients will be able to launch Dell SonicWALL NetExtender client directly from their Start Menu without having to login to your SonicWALL SSL-VPN web portal. Download this app from Microsoft Store for Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows 10 Team (Surface Hub). Mobile Connect is compatible with SRA and is a free download from iOS and Android (4.0+) app stores. Select the Dell SonicWALL NetExtender folder, and then click S onicWALL NetExtender. The NetExtender login window is displayed. The way I got it to work without having to use the mobile app is that I found a Dell-driver version of the SSL VPN client that installed the Dell verified/signed driver in Windows 10 successfully (I used a version of the SonicWall NetExtender client with a build date in 7/2017).

Well I never did update this since I honestly forgot about this post but I did end up finding what was causing the issue. So hopefully if anyone else has this problem and googles it then this will maybe help them out.
So quick recap, SonicWALL installs and works for short period of time and then stops working and requires reinstall to work again. Windows seemed to treat connection as a modem.
What appears to have been causing the issue was my cell phone drivers as odd as it sounds. Plugging phone into the computer would cause Samsung 'modem' drivers to install in case you wanted to tether cell phone to computer for internet access. Anyways for whatever reason having these 2 'modems' was causing conflicts. SonicWALL has been working fine ever since uninstalling the Samsung mobile modem drivers I think it was called. Anytime I plug my phone into my computer now to transfer files or anything I have to make sure these modem drivers aren't installed (in device manager) and if they are then uninstall them again.
