Offered for sale; Used c1953 Oahu Publishing Company Electric Steel Guitar serial number X18314. This lap steel guitar is in very good original condition with the exception of the tuners having been replaced with new Kluson units.
Oahu Tonemaster. Squareneck lap steel from the 1940's. Serial number 889 stamped on the back. I haven't yet tracked down what year this was made. The little research I've done suggests that Valco didn't have an organized serial number scheme for these lap steels.
